1. Information we collect
Account and authentication information
When you create an account or sign in to the Creator Vault, we collect your email address and authentication metadata (session tokens, sign-in timestamps). If you use single sign-on, we receive the profile fields the provider chooses to share.
Purchase and transaction information
When you buy a product, we collect the information required to fulfill the purchase: your name, email address, order details, and the transaction reference provided by our payment processor. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Form submissions
When you fill out a form on our site (contact, waitlist, applications, feedback), we collect the fields you submit.
Vault activity and analytics
We collect basic activity signals inside the Creator Vault — pages viewed, resources opened, sessions attended — to operate the product, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.
