Marcus is the Founder and CEO of Majors Management Group, operating at the intersection of culture, content, and brand partnerships. What began as managing emerging talent has evolved into a full-scale agency built on Marcus's instinct for identifying talent, building relationships, and creating opportunities that move culture forward. With a background spanning entertainment, hospitality, and performance, Marcus is a performer himself: a dancer, actor, and model. He later transitioned into talent management at Stampede Management, where he managed artists including Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Dani & Dannah, and Ric Wilson, while leading brand collaborations with Google, Doritos, Sunkist, Footlocker, and Bacardi. Today, Marcus leads MMG with a focus on developing talent, building impactful brand partnerships, and shaping the future of the creator economy. He is also the founder of Afrolombia, a platform celebrating Afro and Latin culture through music, events, and community.

She is committed to leading the next generation of marketers and creators, with a focus on mentorship, real-world application, and continuous learning. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Majors Management Group, Brian leads brand strategy, marketing, and partnership development across the agency's creator and talent ecosystem. At MMG, Brian is focused on building brand platforms that connect talent with the right partners, shaping campaigns that move culture, and driving growth for both creators and the brands they work with. With a background in sponsorship strategy, experiential marketing, and large-scale event production, Brian has partnered with global brands including Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Verizon, WWE, Rakuten, and MLB, leading work at marquee moments like the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star, WrestleMania, and the NCAA Final Four. He most recently led sponsorship strategy at Learfield overseeing $50M in collegiate sports partnerships and served as operational lead for Fanatics Fest 2026 in New York for MLB, Starbucks, and Foot Locker. Brian is committed to developing the next generation of marketers with a focus on mentorship, faith-driven leadership, and real-world experience. He spent nearly nine years helping scale a start-up creative agency from a two-person shop to an agency of over 200 people, and brings that same builder mindset to every team and partnership he touches.
