Marcus operates at the intersection of culture, content, and brand partnerships. With roots in dance, acting, and modeling, he brings a firsthand understanding of the talent experience. He transitioned into talent management at Stampede Management, working with artists including Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, and Ric Wilson, while leading brand collaborations with Google, Doritos, Footlocker, and Bacardi. Today he leads MMG with 425+ brand partnerships and is the founder of Afrolombia.

Jess Pappas

Managing Partner & Chief Partnership Officer

Jess leads strategic partnerships, new business development, and revenue growth across MMG's creator ecosystem. With a background in brand strategy and activations, she has partnered with Nike, NBA, Verizon, Kellogg's, Diageo, Kraft, and Danone — driving initiatives responsible for over $1 billion in products sold in-market. She holds a Master's in Business and Marketing and is committed to building the next generation of creators who lead with strategy and cultural connection.
